One-on-One Fitness Training
One-on-one fitness training is, by far, the most superior service offered at True Identity Fitness. We show up at your front door ready to motivate and guide you through your individualized exercise regimen. You can guarantee the best results from any of our session packages because of the hands-on direction and in-person guidance we offer at every session. Please read further to determine which package will suite your needs the best.

Session Packages
The session packages listed below can be used at your convenience and preference. Depending on your needs and goals, you may choose to meet with your trainer 1 to 5 days a week. The 10 session package is great for someone who wants to learn the basics to exercise or needs a quick refresher while the twenty and thirty session packages are great for someone who feels they need extra guidance and motivation to reach their long term goals. Weight Loss Packages
Our weight loss packages provide great results for someone who has been struggling to take off those "excess pounds". We have several package options that cater to specific weight loss goals and preferences. Please take a moment to read through them to see which package suits your needs.
One Month Session Package for Weight Loss.....$720
$60 per session plus
- One month, or 12 sessions, of one-on-one weight loss training
- Meet with trainer 3 times a week
- Ideal for someone who wants to lose 4 to 8 pounds of fat or needs direction for long term weight loss
Two Month Session Package for Weight Loss.....$1,100
$55 per session
- Two months, or 20 sessions, of one-on-one weight loss training
- Meet with trainer 2 to 3 times weekly
- Ideal for someone who wants to lose 8-16 pounds of fat or wants to build a good foundation for long term weight loss
Three Month Session Package for Weight Loss.....$1,400
$50 per session
- Three months, or 28 session, of one-on-one weight loss training
- Meet with trainer 2 to 3 times weekly
- Ideal for someone who wants to lose 12-24 pounds of fat or needs to build consistent exercise habits and healthy eating habits to begin a long term weight loss
Boot Camp Training
Do you want an intense workout that will help you lose weight and tighten up your body? Our one-on-one boot camp training sessions are a fun and challenging way to help you achieve a flat tummy, tight arms, and a perky derriere. Depending upon your goals, we have several programs to choose from. Take a moment to read through them to see which Boot Camp Training package is ideal for you.
6-Weeks of Boot Camp Training......$720
- Ideal for someone who wants to lose 6 to 12 pounds of fat and/or tighten & tone the entire body
- Meet with trainer 2 times a week for 6 weeks
- Includes dietary recommendations and advice to achieve best possible results
6-"Intense" Weeks of Boot Camp Training.....$990
- Includes everything mentioned in above 6-week beach body routine PLUS and extra day of one-on-one training
- Focuses on different regions of the body to bring the best possible results (i.e. day one: leg sculpting/butt lifting, day two: upper body sculpting for tight arms and a sexy back, day three: full body toning with an emphasis on tightening the tummy)
- Meet with trainer 3 times a week for 6 weeks
- Includes dietary recommendations and advice to achieve best possible results
10-Weeks of Boot Camp Training......$1100
- Ideal for someone who wants to lose 10 to 20 pounds of fat while tightening and toning the body
- Meet with trainer 2 times a week for 10 weeks
- Includes dietary recommendations and advice
10-"Intense" Weeks of Boot Camp Training......$1,500
- Includes everything in the 10-week boot camp training package (mentioned above) PLUS an extra day of training
- Meet with trainer 3 times a week for 10 weeks

Extra Services Offered.....
Train on your own......$160
Do you have the motivation to exercise regularly but need the guesswork removed in designing an effective exercise regimen? This package includes a risk-free consultation, an individualized 6-week exercise plan that caters to the equipment you have easy access to, and two training sessions (a basic walk-through and follow-up evaluation).
Partner and Small Group Training
Do you have a spouse, family member, friend, or co-worker that is interested in working out too? Why not enjoy spending quality fun time together while getting in shape with our partner rates. Just add $20 per session for each additional person and you can save money on all of our package deals! This rate can be added to any of our session packages offered. Call for more details!
One (1) hour session.....$70
Note – Single sessions are payable in advance for the first two weeks. Afterwards they can be paid any time up to and including the end of each session.
General Information
There are no minimum sessions to be purchased, however, please keep in mind that 3 times/week represent a minimum frequency of recommended weekly exercise in order to achieve substantial results. This can be accomplished with us and/or on your own, thus enabling you to manage your session package as you see fit. Packages or sessions must be paid in full one week prior to first session meeting with a trainer.
Consultations are done at no cost to you and do not constitute a “session”.
While we prefer cash, check or money orders, we can accept credit cards via Pay Pal on the Internet. Payments can be sent to nlemmon@cfl.rr.com, using any major credit card.

*Listed rates and packages apply to Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, and Edgewater. Surrounding cities will have a rate increase of $5 per session or more, depending on location.
