Healthy Lifestyle Package.....$40 a month

If you are not looking for the accountability of a personal trainer but would like their expertise and advice to help improve your current eating and exercise habits then this package is perfect for you! You will not only receive beneficial nutrition advice and resources but also a personalized exercise plan that will help you to achieve a healthier, stronger, and longer life. Other features of the the Healthy Lifestyle Package include:

  • One, 4-week exercise plan, with detailed instructions and pictures, that caters to your specific needs, goals, interests and available equipment.
  • Weekly trainer contact via e-mail or phone to discuss current progress, goals, and satisfaction with current exercise regimen.
  • Access to a members only online personal training system that includes direct access to your personal trainer for any questions or comments, a database of thousands of foods for easy look-up of nutritional info, health and fitness resources (i.e. articles, recipes) that will contribute to your new healthy lifestyle, and much more! Some of the specific populations that may benefit from this package include seniors, cardiac patients, hypertension (e.g. high blood pressure), hypercholesterolemia (e.g. high blood cholesterol), and pre-natal women or postpartum women.

Affordable Accountability.....$50 to $75 a month (details below)

One of the main reasons most people seek out a trainer is to provide an accountability system that will help to achieve their personal fitness goals. As experienced trainers, we have seen incredible results in clients that have utilized our accountability systems as a way to motivate them on daily basis. Unfortunately, the conventional price for personal training is very expensive and may be unaffordable for some.......that is, until now! True Identity Fitness offers the intimacy and accountability of a professional personal trainer that starts at a MUCH lower price. While these packages are suitable for any population or fitness goal, weight loss clients are encouraged to choose from the Accountability Packages available (verses the Healthy Lifestyle Package) to ensure success.

Basic Accountability Package.......$50 a month

The Basic Accountability package is great for an individual who is just looking for the support and expert advice of a personal trainer. With this package you will receive the following:

  • A 4-week exercise plan, with detailed instructions and pictures, that caters to your specific needs, goals, interests and available equipment.
  • Weekly trainer contact via e-mail or phone to discuss current progress, goals, and satisfaction with current exercise regimen.
  • Nutrition advice and calorie recommendations based on individual preferences and goals.
  • Access to a members only online personal training system that includes 24-hour access to your personal trainer for any questions or comments, a database of thousands of foods for easy look-up of nutritional info, Accountability system that allows you to send your trainer daily food and workout logs, and much more! Better Accountability Package.......$60 a month

The Better Accountability Package is great for someone who is looking for not only the support of a personal trainer but who also enjoys learning more about how to live a healthier lifestyle and also likes a little more variety in their monthly exercise regimen. This package includes everything in the Basic Accountability package plus:

  • Two bi-monthly exercise plans w/detailed descriptions and photos of each exercise (includes aerobic, strength, and flexibility).
  • A Customizable home page on the online personal training system that allows upload of photos and info (i.e. before & after, daily journal).
  • Access to low-fat recipes, health and fitness articles, and recent health headlines and happenings in your area.

 

Best Accountability Package.......$75 a month

The Best Accountability Package is a great deal for a person who gets bored easy with the same exercise routine every week and also wants every possible program adherence tool available to guarantee results. With this package you will get everything included in the Basic and Best Accountability packages plus:

  • A new exercise plan every week w/detailed descriptions and photos of each exercise (includes aerobic, strength, and flexibility).
  • Color graphs and charts to track weekly progress (i.e. inches lost, weight loss, calories burned).
  • Ability to create your own meal plan w/printable grocery list.

One-on-One Fitness Training

One-on-one fitness training is, by far, the most superior service offered at True Identity Fitness. We show up at your front door ready to motivate and guide you through your individualized exercise regimen. You can guarantee the best results from any of our session packages because of the hands-on direction and in-person guidance we offer at every session.

Beach Body Boot Camp Training

Do you want an intense workout that will help you shed those excess winter pounds and tighten up your body? Our Beach Body Boot Camp Training will leave you feeling confident in your swimsuit by giving you flat tummy, tight arms, and a perky derriere. Depending upon your goals, we have several programs to choose from (see below). Take a moment to read through them to see which Boot Camp Training package is ideal for you.

6-Weeks to a Beach Body......$625

This is a great package for someone who would like to shed 6 to 12 pounds of fat and/or tighten and tone the entire body. You will meet with your trainer twice a week to perform a full-body, muscle building and fat burning exercise routine. To ensure the best possible results you will also be given an exercise regimen for your "off" days with your trainer as well as dietary recommendations and advice.

6-"Intense" Weeks to a Beach Body.....$835

With the "intense" version of our 6-week beach body routine you will get everything mentioned in the above regular 6-week program including an extra day of training a week. With three days of intense training, your trainer will focus on different regions of your body to push them to the limits. Day one will include our leg sculpting/butt lifting routine; day two will focus on your upper body to provide tight arms and a sexy back; and day three will include a full body toning routine with an emphasis on tightening that tummy.

10-Weeks to a Beach Body......$925

The 10-week beach body routine is enough time to lose 10 to 20 pounds of unwanted fat while tightening your body through our boot-camp style exercise routine. You will meet with your trainer twice a week to go through your full-body, muscle building and fat burning routine. You will also be given an exercise regimen for your "off' days with your trainer as well as dietary recommendations and advice.

Weight Loss Packages

Our weight loss packages provide great results for someone who has been struggling to take off those "excess pounds". We have several package options that cater to specific weight loss goals and preferences. Please take a moment to read through them to see which package suits your needs.

One Month Session Package for Weight Loss.....$625

With one month, or 12 sessions, of one-on-one weight loss training you will be provided with the tools to lose 4-8 pounds of fat. This package is ideal for someone who has a small amount of weight to lose or feels as if they need an initial boost of motivation to get started in a long term weight loss regimen. With this package, you and your trainer will meet three times per week to carry-out your individualized exercise routine and discuss weekly dietary habits.

Two Month Session Package for Weight Loss.....$925

With two months, or 20 sessions, of one-on-one weight loss training you can expect to lose about 8-16 pounds of fat. This package is great for someone who has a moderate amount of fat to lose or wants a good foundation to begin a long term weight loss regimen. With this package you will meet with your trainer 2-3 times per week to carry-out your individualized exercise plan and discuss weekly dietary habits.

Three Month Session Package for Weight Loss.....$1,199

With three months, or 28 sessions, of one-on-one weight loss training you can expect to lose 12-24 pounds of fat. This is a great package for someone who needs to lose a large amount of weight or needs to build consistent exercise habits to begin a long term weight loss regimen. With this package you will meet with your trainer 2-3 times per week to perform your individualized exercise plan and discuss weekly dietary habits.

Four Month Session Package for Weight Loss.....$1,375

With four months, or 36 sessions, of one-on-one weight loss training you can expect to lose 16-32 pounds of fat. This is a great package for anyone who needs to lose a significant amount of weight or wants to create healthy lifelong habits that will help them to achieve a long term weight loss. With this package you will meet with your trainer 2-3 times per week to perform your individualized exercise plan and discuss weekly dietary habits.


Session Packages

The session packages listed below can be used at your convenience and preference. Depending on your needs and goals, you may choose to meet with your trainer 1 to 5 days a week. Please take a moment to read through our session packages to determine if one suits your needs and interests.

10 session package......$525

$50 per session plus access to our Online Training System

The 10 session package is a good package for those who are learning basics or need a quick refresher. Included in this package are a risk-free consultation, a health and fitness screening and assessment, a custom resistance and cardio workout program designed for you as an individual, professional instruction, guidance, and motivation during each training session, monitoring, and regular evaluation.

20 session package......$925

$45 per session plus access to our Online Training System

The 20 session package is great for someone who is looking for a significant change in body composition, strength, and lifestyle habits. Included in this package again are a risk-free consultation, a health and fitness screening and assessment, a custom resistance and cardio workout program designed for you as an individual, free written adjustments to your custom program, professional instruction, guidance, and motivation during each training session, as well as monitoring and regular evaluation. Package is paid in advance.

30 session package......$1,225
$40 per session plus access to our Online Training System

The 30 session package creates a positive lifestyle change, as you learn through various phases how to develop, grow, and maintain a healthy active lifestyle. Again included in this package are a risk-free consultation, a health and fitness screening and assessment, a custom resistance and cardio workout program designed for you as an individual, free written adjustments to your custom program, monitoring, and regular evaluations and the expertise of a personal trainer. Package is paid in advance.

Train on your own......$160

Do you have the motivation to exercise regularly but need the guesswork removed in designing an effective exercise regimen? This package includes a risk-free consultation, an individualized 6-week exercise plan that caters to the equipment you have easy access to, two training sessions (a basic walk-through and follow-up evaluation), and six-week access to our Online Training Services . Partner and Small Group Training

Do you have a spouse, family member, friend, or co-worker that is interested in working out too? Why not enjoy spending quality fun time together while getting in shape with our partner rates. Just add $20 per session for each additional person and you can save money on all of our package deals! This rate can be added to any of our session packages offered. Call for more details!

One (1) hour session.....$60

Note – Single sessions are payable in advance for the first two weeks. Afterwards they can be paid any time up to and including the end of each session.


General Information

There are no minimum sessions to be purchased, however, please keep in mind that 3 times/week represent a minimum frequency of recommended weekly exercise in order to achieve substantial results. This can be accomplished with us and/or on your own, thus enabling you to manage your session package as you see fit. Packages or sessions must be paid in full one week prior to first session meeting with a trainer.

Consultations are done at no cost to you and do not constitute a “session”.

While we prefer cash, check or money orders, we can accept credit cards via PayPal on the Internet. Payments can be sent to nlemmon@cfl.rr.com, using any major credit card.

*Listed rates and packages apply to Daytona Beach, South Daytona, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, and Edgewater. Surrounding cities will have a rate increase of $5 per session or more, depending on location.
