Online Personal Training System
The online personal training system is a great way to have the luxury of a professional personal trainer right at your fingertips. Whether it is used in conjunction with one of our session packages or simply by itself, you will get many great features that will help you reach your personal health and fitness goals. For weight loss clients the Basic , Better, or Best Accountability Packages incorporate this system to allow your trainer to keep close tabs on everything you are doing. If your goal is to just become more educated about how to live healthier then you might benefit from our Healthy Lifestyle Package that includes things like healthy recipes, articles about diet and exercise, and a database of thousands of foods and their nutritional content. Regardless of which membership you choose, you will receive a private profile that only you can access with a username and password as well as a customized exercise plan created by your trainer. Once logged in you can access your exercise plan which will include detailed descriptions and photos of each exercise. With 24-hour access to your trainer and weekly follow-ups you can be sure that all of your questions and concerns will be answered and your goals will be met!
